Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, resolving customer complaints and providing a positive and top-quality customer experience.
2) Responding to customer questions and resolving customer complaints, listen to customer complaints and provide adequate solutions for their problem.
3) Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, updating customer database time to time.
4) Keep the record of customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for better customer experience.
5) Propose potential products or services to top management to gather customer information and analyse customer needs.
6) Handle and manage surveys in regard to resolving customer service problems.
7) Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical and marketing departments—in order to improve the overall customer experience.
8) Strong computer skills with ability to learn how to use proprietary software quickly and strong persuasion skills and excellent multi-tasking skills.
9) Superb verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
10) Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients, management, and team members.
11) Ability to work with various departments and knowledge of the products and services.
12) Need excellent problem-solving skills and experienced and has a positive and professional work attitude.
13) Ability to work under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environments.
14) Strong leadership skills and flexibility to work shifts and meet deadlines.
15) Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand.
16) Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers.
