Customer Experience Officer

What You'll Do:

Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf
*
Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, program success to ensure that gaps in the customer experience
- irrespective of where they occur in the journey - are plugged
*
Collect, track and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
*
Manage and execute initiatives/projects to drive continuous improvement in Customer Experience across the board
*
Identify ways to retain and grow the existing pool of clients in different engagement channels to increase loyalty and satisfaction
*
Guide teams in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
