We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Customer Experience team.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the development of personalised, high-impact creative content across online digital platforms and traditional print media, leveraging on digital tools and date-driven insights to reach target audiences effectively, driving customer retention and market diversion by delivering content that resonates across both digital and physical formats.

**What You'll Do**
- You will design and develop compelling, resonant content that engages customers across both digital and physical formats; visually appealing, user-friendly and responsive web pages and layouts for the corporate website and pages within.
- You will collaborate closely with Customer teams and cross-divisional teams and stakeholders including Channels, Products and Corporate Communications, to understand their needs, objectives and business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- You will collaborate with a team of designers to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions to business stakeholders.
- You will champion the adoption of the latest digital technologies to enhance the impact and reach of creative content, analyse performance data and user insights to continuously optimize the creative strategy.
- You will undertake new initiatives for the Division, working with relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure effective and relevant communications to target customer segments and timely delivery of material.
- You will keep updated with latest web design trends, technologies and user experience principles.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a Degree in Graphics Design, Digital Media Design or Communication Design.
- You will need at least 3 years of experience delivering communications across print and digital platforms. Experience in responsive web and mobile development/design from digital/advertising agency is an advantage.
- You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) and web and mobile development platforms (e.g. HTML5, Javascript, CSS) and design software (e.g. Dreamweaver).
- You should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You should have a strong portfolio showing works across various software and platforms.
- You will need a solid creative sense and eye for details, good organisational skills, and be a team player.
