Your mission:

- Ensure and improve customer satisfaction;
- Make respectful and ethical business decisions with customers

Your responsibilities:

- Support our Sales, Channel Sales, as well as our business partners in sales activities
- Discover and qualify opportunities, identify the needs, help build the best solutions to RFIs & RFPs
- Analyze requirements with partners and end-users, and architect technical solution with company's products & services
- Present, demo and develop PoCs to prospective customers and partners
- Deliver technical product training for business partners and internal teams
- Collect and aggregate partner and customer feedbacks to continuously improve our product and service offerings

Your profile:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent with at least 5+ years relevant professional experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or System Engineer
- Professional experience within the IT Security market; programming background will be useful
- Hands-on experience in some of the following fields: Cryptography, JavaCard, HSM, OpenSSL, CSP/CNG, PKCS#11, Key Management, KMIP
- Enthusiastic, customer and solution-oriented team player
- Good English communication skills in both written and spoken. Additional language a plus
- Flexible & agreeable to travel (40%)
