**Position Summary**:
Reporting into the VP of Sales - SEA, the Country Manager leads sales and business operations and strategy for the specified country, in this case, Singapore. This role will establish a sales strategy and business plan and lead the country sales team to execute it in order to achieve sales and revenue growth, partner recruitment (# of signed up partners), and customer satisfaction.

**Essential **Responsibilities** **(includes, but is not limited to)**:

- Develops the sales strategy and business plan for the country. Leads the sales team to execute deliverables in accordance with forecast, monitoring sales performance against targets.
- Leads and manages a high-performance sales team through leading by example and providing direction to others, facilitates knowledge sharing and works collaboratively to set objectives and KPIs, giving feedback as required.
- Provides sales forecasting and monthly territory updates and trends to the VP of Sales APAC.
- Identifies new partners/customers across the country and identifies key product, solution and vendor cross-selling opportunities and meets with potential customers/partners to position and reiterate the Pax8 value proposition.
- Conducts executive communications with regards to licensing, cloud computing, and service provider business models.
- Proactively creates strategic plays through effective customer profiling and action planning to enable solution selling and create high value opportunities.
- Maintains relationships with existing partners and key customers, cultivating trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders to generate opportunities for partner recruitment and enablement of existing partner channels.
- Contributes to corporate and country level marketing strategy.

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- 5-10 years' experience in a similar senior sales management role dealing with fast-growing, small to medium businesses. Experience in a multi-national organisation, dealing with vendors is preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a field, demand gen, digital or campaign marketing role in a B2B organisation.
- Experience in software license subscription, cloud computing, service provider business models, leading a small team preferred.
- Contributes effectively to own team, motivates, and inspires team with a vision and strategy, shows clarity of team goals & roles, and is motivated to take on more where possible.
- Leads others through change, instilling confidence, and trust in others to deliver measurable results.
- Provides timely and effective feedback to manage performance and identifies opportunities for development and provides coaching to team members.
- Holds self and others accountable, sets high standards and acts with integrity.
- Lacks excessive ego, emphasizes team before self and acknowledges the contributions and achievements of others.
