- Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. **Purpose and Scope**
- The BIM Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing BIM activities across multiple functions of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Competent on the use of BIM software and modelling techniques to produce 3D modelling and drawing production from 3D models, including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), Naviswork, etc.
- Prepare detailed tender & authority submission drawings.
- Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities.
- Prepare BIM execution plans.
- Assist the project teams in managing the project BIM model to support construction works.
- Assist in developing and maintaining established BIM standards and workflows.
- Possesses the knowledge in engineering disciplines in Architectural/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical works to be able to generate information in the building services integrated layout in 3D for analysis to identify clashes and discrepancies and assist in conflict resolutions to enable successful completion of the project.
- Administer and generate relevant 3D model information for the construction team members to help them understand hidden or conflicting details.
- Assist with the updates and archival of 3D models for as-built records and submission to Client and Authorities and relevant documentation.
- Manage process of information inflow / inputs, exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and/or participate in design / model coordination meetings and reviews sessions.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project

**Requirements**:
Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural Engineering, MEP, with BIM Certifications from BCA or other relevant disciplines

**Preferred Skills & Characteristics**
- Entry Level, 2-4 years of work experience in BIM.
- Expert knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation for all stages of the development phases from project inception till completion/handover to users.
- Possesses good people skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.
- Interest in working using software and technologies and BIM model creation.
- Align self with organization’s purpose, be collaborative in teams and be accountable in delivering outcomes.
