Regional and International brands that we've worked with includes Far East Organization, Michelin, National Geographic, Mattel, Inc, D'Addario & Company, Crocodile and Marigold Peel Fresh.

**The Role**:
As an Account Executive, you are the client's go-to person for day-to-day requirements, concerns, and challenges. You're the main point of contact with our social media marketing clients, internal teams, and other agency partners on the project. With 1-2 years related industry (marketing, digital, agency) experience, you have the skills to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Your role allows you to be exposed to the entire creative production, planning and execution process as you will be working closely with our creative team and communicating with our clients. Other key projects you'll be spearheading includes Advertising, Influencer Management, Talent Management, Content Management, Internal Marketing.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Processing briefs and managing your clients
- Assists in managing and coordinating online and offline projects - from initial planning through on-time launch.
- Provides assistance assembling creative briefs such as social media content plans, conceptual boards for photo/video production, and kick-off presentations.
- Daily engagement for clients' social media accounts.
- Scheduling and Publishing clients' contents.
- Scheduling and executing Social Media Advertising (Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads)
- Influencer campaign planning, executing and reporting.
- Compiles data and information from multiple sources to create analytical reports such as monthly social media reports and campaign reports.
- Creating copy for social media posts and graphic design contents.
- Have to be well-organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and digitally and socially-savvy.
- At least a diploma in Mass Communication, Business and/or Marketing.
- 1-2 years experience in account management in an advertising or digital marketing agency or related company would be advantageous. You should have exposure and competency in basic agency processes.
- Prior experience in managing business profile pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Prior experience in Meta Ads Manager (FB, IG) and TikTok Advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Having graphic design skills would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word or Pages and PowerPoint or Keynote.
- An extremely detailed and responsible individual
- A team player: you are able to push your colleagues to deliver the best work possible, find solutions to problems, comfortable to interact with and manage different levels of seniority (both on client and agency side).
