**RESPONSIBLITIES
The Social Media Manager acts as the main liaison between the agency and the client. A manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.
- Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day
- Effectively facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partner agencies to ensure seamless creative outcomes
- Managing the work priorities of yourself and your team
- Attending client meetings, creating and planning social media content for clients
- Works with photographers, designers and external partners to deliver on time, and on budget
- Strong knowledge of the social media space and its technology
- Devise creative and inspiring concept and work based on the client’s initial brief
- Influences the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and attends shoots to ensure client approval and satisfaction
- Maintains professionalism, representing the SAY Concepts
- Compiling budgets for clients and new business
- From time-to-time work outside of office hours to attend client functions and/or entertain clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be creative, organised and independent
- Be experienced with working in an agency environment;
- Be experienced with working with brands;
- Be experienced in developing and managing social media channels;
- Be always online one way or the other. You’re plugged into social media and always know what’s going on;
- Have exceptional writing skills;
- Have a strong understanding of social media - i.e. design, functionality and users of the most popular networks;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Have experience of managing social media and marketing communications platforms.
