**1. Job Purpose**

The Bartender is responsible for serving all beverages with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer and following brand recipes accurately

**2. Principal Accountabilities**

2.1 Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards

2.2 Deliver excellent customer service, at all times

2.3 Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers

2.4 Maintains the highest quality, consistent beverage standards

2.5 Follows as the restaurant’s beverages recipes and procedures

2.6 Ensures that beverages/foods are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal

2.7 Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products

2.8 Set up or restock product displays

2.9 Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and sorting of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times

2.10 Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

2.11 Handles all working material and equipment correctly and keeps it well cleaned

2.12 Handles guest problems and complaints

2.13 Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team

2.14 Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

**3. Communication & Working Relationships**

3.1 Interacts closely with customers and promotes an image of professionalism and gallantry at all time

**4. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**

4.1 At least high school diploma

4.2 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar position in a high-volume, fine dining concept

4.3 Fluent in English

4.4 Excellent communications skills

4.5 Outstanding customer service skills

4.6 Positive and high energy level

4.7 Highly cooperative team spirit

4.8 Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment

**5. Physical Requirements of the job**

The job of the Bartender may require:
5.1 Long hours, covering different shifts and working during public holidays

5.2 Walk and stand for entire shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
