Audit Partner

An Audit Partner is a senior leadership role within an accounting firm. You are responsible for overseeing the audit process for a portfolio of clients, while also contributing to the firm's growth and development. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
**Client Management and Business Development**
- Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all audit-related matters.
- Actively participate in business development activities to identify and secure new clients for the firm.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, potentially expanding the scope of services provided.

**Audit Engagement**
- Oversee all aspects of the audit process, from planning and risk assessment to execution and finalization of the report.
- Ensure the audit team adheres to professional standards and methodologies while meeting deadlines.
- Review and finalize audit reports, guaranteeing their accuracy, completeness, and clear communication of findings.

**Team Leadership and Development**
- Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of audit staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Advocate for professional development within the firm, ensuring staff has opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Uphold and implement the firm's quality and risk management processes.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Singapore Chartered Accountant (SCPA) qualification or equivalent professional designation.
- Extensive experience in auditing.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities to deliver clear and concise reports.
- Business development acumen to contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

Pay: $5,420.69 - $13,618.06 per month
