Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Fixed Asset Sighting
- Participate in identification of process improvement initiatives and UAT for system enhancement
- Specialists for Fixed Asset Module
- Prepare monthly accruals/provision and Fixed Asset related schedules
- Prepare reports to head office and provide support in related duties as assigned
- Assist month-end closing of accounts and back up for accounts payable Specialists
- Attend to queries Fixed Asset related queries from business units and head office in related matters
- Engaging and providing support to Business Units to ensure deliverables of required information for Reporting to Management, Head Office and Regulators
- Assist in the preparation of financial Statement on Fixed Assets related disclosures
- Provide tax compliance support

**Requirements**:

- University Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance
- At least 1 year of financial accounting experience
Experience in Oracle system would be an advantage
- Strong PC skills in MS Excel, Access, Words and Powerpoint
- Able to work well with all stakeholders within the organization
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
