Roles & Responsibilities

**_
About this role:_**

We are looking for an Executive, Finance who will be part of our Finance team. This role will be assisting on day-to-day operations of the Finance team as ensuring accuracy of the compensation pay-out to the agency and conduct pay-out reconciliation. This role requires someone who is analytical and meticulous. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance.

Responsibilities:_**
- Perform high volume data cleaning work
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations of the facilities and customers service/queries
- Ensure accuracy of the compensation and timeliness of the pay out to the agency
- Preparation of reports on the performance of the agency through leading and lagging indicators
- Conduct pay-out reconciliation and projection of the agency revenue
- Work alongside the leaders to improve the processes of the Department and updating of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
- Be able to work with the team and/or other stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution
- To assist in the improvement or development of digital solutions and testing in UAT where required
- Ensure all functions within the team are aligned and properly executed in accordance to regulations and/or regulatory-based best practices

Requirements:_**
- Degree in any related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be an advantaged
- Meticulous, analytical, responsible and with a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multi-tasked; must be able to work under tight deadline
- Proficient in MS Office, notably Excel.
- Advanced excel skills and proficiency in tableau will be an added advantage
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management and a good team player.
