Paralegal/ Legal Consultant

We are currently seeking a paralegal/junior lawyer with company secretarial experience to support our global clients including Fortune 500 companies:
**Responsibilities**:
Assisting and working closely with in house legal teams to execute a range of company secretarial and legal/legal administrative matters including:
- Provide support on legal matters and ad hoc legal tasks as required
- Incorporation and deregistration of companies / subsidiaries along with changes in shareholders / directors where required
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder / board meetings
- Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 3-8 years of experience as paralegal / 1-4 PQE qualified lawyers with minimum 2 years of company secretarial experience. Applications from company secretaries with legal background are also welcomed
