We are currently seeking a paralegal/junior lawyer with company secretarial experience to support our global clients including Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities Assisting and working closely with in‐house legal teams to execute a range of company secretarial and legal/legal administrative matters. Provide support on legal matters and ad‐hoc legal tasks as required. Incorporation and deregistration of companies/subsidiaries, along with changes in shareholders/directors where required. Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder/board meetings. Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines. Minimum Qualifications 3-8 years of experience as a paralegal or 1-4 years post‐qualification experience as a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of company secretarial experience. Applications from company secretaries with legal background are also welcomed.
