**Job Description**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Cultural Analysis: Assist in conducting research to uncover cultural behaviors and trends in specific markets.
- Framework Development: Help develop frameworks that translate cultural insights into actionable structures for AI implementation.
- Qualitative Research: Support the design and execution of qualitative research methods such as interviews and focus groups.
- Insight Generation: Collaborate in analyzing research findings to produce actionable insights that influence product development and client strategies.
- Cross-Cultural Expertise: Contribute to understanding cultural nuances and regional differences to enhance the platform’s cultural relevance.
- Content Development: Aid in crafting reports and presentations that effectively communicate cultural findings and implications.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- Educational Background: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in research, particularly cultural research or analysis, is advantageous but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with qualitative research methods.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cultural Competence: Awareness of various cultural contexts and sensitivities.
- Technical Skills: Experience with social listening tools, content analysis, or data visualization is a plus.
