Day-to-day
- Scheduling for re-scheduling / PM / Sales Support / Breakdown calls / Installation & commissioning for Service Engineers and follow up with customer until closure of the activity.
- Proactively calling customer to confirm the appointment.
- Handle requests from Service Engineers & support them on parts requests
- Creation of jobsheets
- Upkeeping of all demo printers in the workshop & availbility
- Service engineers will be dotted reporting to this incumbent

Weekly
- Creation and ensuring of spare part and service labour quotations to be sent to customers.
- Proactively call and follow up on the customer PO to ensure that the delivery is on time
- Invoicing in FieldAware system of completed service report and send to Customer Service team for final invoicing.
- Cloud MIV to Customer Service Team

Monthly
- Fieldaware monthly report and Accrual report to finance during closing.(Bi-weekly)
- Checking of Technical Service Engineers OT forms for monthly submission.
- Reclassification report for finance
- PM list to CS Team for stock availability / replenishment

Miscellaneous
- Arranging for safety or training courses, Jurong Island entry pass etc for Technical Service Engineers
- Support in conduction and documenting of risk assessments required at customer’s sites
- Raising of PR request form from 3rd party vendors for adhoc purchases.
- Coordinating sampling and prepare documentation for the customer samples and arrange for forwarder to send to samples lab
- WSQ Training for Service Engineers
- Provide administrative support to Singapore Sales Team in quotation for all technologies.
- Provide administrative support to IB department
- Perfom any other tasks as assigned
