**Job Title**:
Regional Operations Coordinator

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Understanding and managing the Marken APAC Regional LSP network
- Be the bridge between LSPs and Marken Branches and the first point of contact for LSPs
- Work with the Operations and Quality Team to create efficient and effective LSP & subcontractors onboarding and engagement processes and general management. This will ensure more LSPs & subcontractors understand processes and maintain quality standards.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitoring LSP & subcontractors qualification files, improving the selection process.
- Ensure all required records are made properly and kept at the required period.
- Identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes for the LSPs. Where processes fails, work with the business to understand what went wrong and determine better processes / how to fix it. Document improved processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests between LSPs and the Branches
- Work with the Regional Team to implement new workflows, technology and expand the network
- Working with the Global Training and Development team to understand how training and awareness assists engagement in process improvement. In your role
- Conduct regular trainings to LSPs on Processes, Technology, Packaging, etc.
- Conduct regular Monthly Business Reviews with the LSPs
- Work with both the Branches and LSPs to coordinate placements of packaging and assets
- Onboarding of the new LSP with training and support during the switch.
- Create and maintain audit plan.
- Responsible for the LSPs Qualification and Re-Qualification
- Work with the Quality Team to better understand quality requirements for a healthcare logistics service provider.
- Work on service and quality escalations assigned
- Work with Quality & LSPs to investigate issues
- Individual must be independent and organized and know how to prioritise work to be done. He/she must be able to make decisions when needed and escalate when deemed fit
- As the role is a regional role and working with teams and individuals from different time zones, individuals must be flexible and prepared that occasionally work hours outside of standard hours will be required
- Any other duties/tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service operations, preferably in the international air freight, logistics or distribution.
- Preference for existing knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Strong customer focus
- Team player / self-dependent / motivated to succeed
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel / Word
