**Roles and responsibilites**:

We’re searching for a** Principal/Senior Engineer**to be part of our **Production Planning Department**diverse team of talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the Manager in the daily operations of production planning to meet department’s goal
- Technical: Translate sales plan into production plans and raw wafer requirement
- Work with BO to obtain orders in accordance to the sales plan and financial goal
- Effective scheduling rules for optimum utilization of production capacity
- Timely schedule of starts, commit and expedite delivery
- Track and update of production planning indices and production status
- Work with operations department to improve delivery and production cycle time
- Initiate to identify issue and highlight issue to management
- Innovation & Quality: Lead, coordinate and execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations in his/her Section
- Facilitate, lead or participate in Transform program, cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity
- Safety: Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators
- Leadership: Provide mentorship, training and guidance to fellow/new Engineers
- Act and assume the responsibilities of Section Manager in his/her absence

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or any relevant professional qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in the production or material planning or wafer Fab production control
- Experiences in the wafer fab and supply chain would be an added advantage
- Team player with strong analytical skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and be able to work with people at all levels
