If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Summary You will be responsible for successful customers' product full lifecycle, including but not limited to, technology transfers, new products introduction, device performance, yield, and reliability of our advanced technologies Key Responsibilities Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from mother‐fab Complex data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues Design and execute experiments, analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve yield and performance for each specific technology and/or products Collaborate with the engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field Minimum of 2 years of experience in silicon process flow enhancements and managing process shifts, changes with design rules and product layout, ensuring optimal yield, electrical test and product performance with short‐and‐long‐term reliability implications considerations Benefits Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (Subject to needs and expectations)Key Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs VSMC promotes diversity and inclusivity in our workforce; and hiring will be conducted in phases #J-18808-Ljbffr
