We're searching for
- **Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer** to be part of our
- ** IT**
**(Network & Security)** diverse team of talents. You will be responsible to lead our network infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of security measures to safeguard the organization's network, systems, and data.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.
- Develop and enforce network and security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements for new projects and initiatives, and provide technical guidance throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead incident response efforts to quickly detect, analyze, and mitigate security breaches or threats to minimize potential impact.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance network performance and security posture.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external experts to stay up-to-date with emerging threats and industry trends.
- Oversee the management of network devices, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security-related infrastructure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and security roles.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, or CCNP Security strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in networking protocols, routing, switching, and network architecture design.
- Proficiency in security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and access controls.
- Experience leading security incident response and managing security breaches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Leadership abilities, including experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
- Adaptable and eager to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
