We are looking for an innovative leader in software engineering to develop and design solutions that will meet business needs. The Principal Engineer’s responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, understanding client/project requirements and functional specifications and participate actively in research & development with his UE4 Engine Expertise. _
- Although the primary responsibility of an Principal Engineer is related to research & development, this individual should also be capable of communicating the clients' requirements to the team & support activities in both business and technical capacities. This individual is viewed as a trusted advisor to decision makers, act as a technical liaison between customers, project teams, service engineering teams and support.**Responsibilites**:
1. Lead developer using UE4 Engine.

2. Excellent communication skills and coordinate with planner, designer to ensure program function and design is unanimous and seamless.

3. Responsible for fronting design and develop according to client's requirements, with expertise in modelling.

4. Responsible for functions, appearance & logic optimization.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with at least 10 years of UE4 developer experience.

3. Proven experience in engineering and software design using C++, Python, algorithms and data structures.

4. Efficient in coding, programming & hosting.

5. Previous project management experience is advantageous.

6. Commercial experience working on complex projects.

7. Must be able to own problems and resolve them.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Must be able to multi task effectively.

10. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

11. The ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge is required.

12. Initiative person and enjoys researching, creative thinker, team player and great communicator.
