**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Win trust and demonstrate the value of FarmaMondo’s services and products to stakeholders, by providing access to scientific information
- Provide scientific engagement by providing evidence-based information and discussing novel solutions with key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute strategic and tactical medical activity to support the development of the regional plans, according to collected insights from the key stakeholders
- Support the elaboration of country and regional business cases to build up business development capabilities in the team
- Lead scientific discussions for inclusion of the related treatment in Hospital formularies and/or definition of treatment algorithm
- Lead Advisory Boards, Expert Meetings or Medical Information meetings
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure patient-focused activities, including timely responses to specific internal and external requests to discuss specific situations.
- Being part of regional team, provide insights and feedback from external stakeholders to build a meaningful business cases.
- Provide appropriate and timely medical support to clinical operations, commercial, market access team among other teams, in line with local standards and regulations and internal policies.
- Ability and willingness to travel to meet stakeholder and build up trusted relationship

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

**SKILLS & experience**
- Advanced degree in medical science MD, PharmD or PhD
- At least 4-6 years of experience as field MSL/Market Access Manager
- Solid background and experience with speciality medicines and TAs (rare disease and/or oncology an advantage)
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations (pharma codex, etc.) and pricing, access or funding pathways (in reimbursed, private funding or other settings)
- Experience in building business cases based on patient funnel, patient journey and backed by the insights of local or regional KOL
- Answer to medical requests
- Track-record of engagement in the different phase of product life-cycle, from pre-launch to launch and from maturity to product extension or product withdrawal
- Experience of engagement with scientific societies and patient organisations
- Experience with budget and financial planning
