**About the role**

As a Chief of Staff, you are responsible to lead the marketing team and suggest them the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns. You should grab the attention of customers and market the products and services.

The Chief of Staff shall have general supervision, direction and control of the administrative, HR, finance, and compliance functions of the Company. The Executive’s duties and responsibilities shall include all those customarily attendant to the position of Chief Operating Officer, and such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with the Company's rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, shall include (but not be limited to):

- developing Company HR, finance, compliance, and admin strategies in tandem with the Reporting Head, undertaking and executing new business development, general business execution, co-ordination, and monitoring of the fundamental and strategic direction of the Company (or Company subsidiaries) goals, and to realize the Company's vision and mission;
- Working with the Company CEO to define and implement company-wide OKRs and facilitating company-wide performance metrics.
- analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- aligning with the corporate goals, priorities and targets of the Reporting Head, the Parent and those of any Group Company in keeping with the Company's corporate objectives;
- responsibility for and authority to conduct (as necessary) the day-to-day general business administration, accounting, personnel management (including the hiring of employees and appointment of contractors), and operations of the Company and its subsidiaries (if any);
- Any other task as assigned by the Reporting Head or CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience in leadership roles such as COO, Chief Marketing Officer, Administrative and/or compliance officer or a similar role in the tech industry.
- Significant Start-up leadership experience.
- Minimum a Master Degree in relevant field from a reputable or recognised Ivy League university.
- Hands-on experience implementing company-wide OKRs.
- Hands-on experience running administration, finance, compliance etc.
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Consistent track record of building successful products and high calibre teams from the ground up.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia for work.
