Role Overview They are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with CEO. This role will serve as a key enabler, helping translate the CEO’s ideas into actionable plans, ensuring effective execution across departments, and driving alignment with company goals. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the CEO to structure, document, and operationalize key initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and tracked. Liaise between the CEO and department stakeholders (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Engineering) to ensure alignment and timely execution of key projects. Oversee strategic projects, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability across teams. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials on behalf of the CEO for both internal and external stakeholders. Support the CEO in meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking, ensuring decisions are well-documented and implemented. Streamline internal processes and propose improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO, maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all matters. Requirements Strong educational background from a reputable university. 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive support roles — experience in technology, AI, or startup environments is highly preferred. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and execution quality. Proactive, resourceful, and able to translate ideas into action with minimal structure. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth startup environment. High emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
