**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a strategic partner and confidant to all the Executive/Managing Directors, providing high-level support, analysis, and guidance on key organizational initiatives.
- Drive the financial management and budgetary processes, collaborating with finance teams to ensure effective financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, business initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Assist in the development and execution of board presentations, shareholder reports, and other high-level communications.
- Oversee the planning and execution of executive-level meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic objectives, and facilitating effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the organization, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior management, providing project management oversight and ensuring successful execution.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Chief of Staff, Executive Director, or similar.
- Strong background in finance management, with a demonstrated ability to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Prior experience working in technology consulting or system integrator companies is a must
- Experience setting up an Offshore IT COE centre or partnering with Senior Information Technology executives
- Proven ability to work closely with C-level executives, providing strategic advice, and managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and influence teams and drive organizational change.
- Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional integrity and professionalism, with a strong sense of discretion and ethical decision-making.
