Salt is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our leading client on a 10months contract role. The Analyst will be handling first line approvals for deal approval process. This role includes structuring complex sales transactions and further goals to reduce sales cycles and accelerate deal closure. This will be accomplished by meeting with Sales teams to identify Customer's critical business issues and assist in structuring transaction that meet both requirements and Customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Deal Desk Analyst will handle the day to day contract creation and deal approval processes by being a trusted partner to the sales teams, communicate via detailed business case, with various stakeholders (Business Unit,, Legal, Credit, Revenue Assurance, Audit and Compliance, Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Success Manager) to articulate deal value in a consistent manner, provide in-quarter deal status and communication to sale finance and sales management and perform to an identified set of metrics and Service levels. You will evaluate current processes, make recommendations for areas of improvement and provides ad-hoc responsibilities on special projects and analysis as needed.

**Skills**:

- You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, and are very meticulous with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS industry
- Demonstrated success partnering with internal business units and cross functional teams
- Excellent social skills: ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly
- Strong analytical, commercial savvy, project management and organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment; delivering accuracy in tight deadlines independently where adaptability is imperative
- Good understanding of revenue recognition rules
- Proficient in both written and spoken: English, Chinese
