**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Human Resource Division and will be responsible for manpower planning and the administration of MinLaw’s Awards.

**What you will be working on**
- You will support the HR Division in the following functional areas. Manpower Planning: You will support the ministry to build and sustain an agile and future-ready workforce so as to achieve MinLaw’s strategic objectives. You will be part of the team to drive the formulation and implementation of workforce strategies in supporting MinLaw’s workforce needs and transformation efforts. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to review on manpower demand due to changing needs. This will require working with Divisions to plan for manpower needs and facilitate career planning with officers in meeting both their aspirations and organisation’s needs. You will also be part of the team in mapping and articulating relevant courses and exposure to deepen competencies and broaden officers’ experiences. Awards: You will be responsible for the administration of Awards in MinLaw, which comprises of the National Awards, the Public Sector Awards and the MinLaw Awards. You will review and recommend changes to the Awards framework and the suite of awards to ensure alignment with rewards and recognition strategies. You will design and drive the outreach efforts and form strategic partnership with Divisions to submit deserving nominations. You will organise and manage the awards committee for evaluation, selection and recommendation to management for approval. You will also be part of the team to organise award-related events and deliver relevant contents for publicity.

**What we are looking for**
- Academic training from any discipline and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. - Be attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and confident in engaging key stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful. - Prior experience working in public sector and an understanding of the public sector systems will be an advantage.
