**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
As part of our APEC Learning & Development Operations team, you will support both L+D and Talent teams across all areas including but not limited to learning technology, data mining and reporting, management of projects on communications platform, performing action-oriented analysis and supporting high-impact people and technology initiatives. You will actively identify opportunities for HR and Learning Technology platforms optimization and process improvements to elevate enterprise-wide productivity and organizational capability.
In this exciting role, you will also partner with Corporate HR and other internal and external business stakeholders to ensure continued sustainment, and enhancement of our people and learning technology ecosystem. Leveraging on your experience and strong relationships when in-role to balance project work and other deliverables to be on time, on target.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Partner with Communications Manager in translations management & copywriting for APEC region, including translations and validation, managing surveys, distribution lists.
- Use different Learning and HR platforms to enhance learning experience, support reporting and analytics asks.
- Partner with internal team members to make sure project activities are launched on time and stakeholders are positively engaged.
- Help in the administration of training records and people data; assist to track all APEC programs, HR people data in Marriott platforms.
- Support HR Tech team to analyze critical HR performance metrics in support of annual goal-setting cycle and deliver ad hoc balance scorecard reporting solutions, data analysis and governance.
- Keep abreast of latest known issues / defects, platform update releases, and planned / unplanned outages to facilitate information flow between Corporate HR and Asia Pacific end-users.
- Develop and deliver educational content via regular virtual office hours / webcasts and electronic newsletters in partnership with HR Center of Excellence leaders and support Clinic Hours for LC engagement.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
We are looking for you if you are passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Development and HR Technology discipline.
**Education & Experience**
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines, from an accredited university. 1-2 years of HR and/or Learning system(s) experience. Experience in IT consulting and/or in-house system implementation / administration / project and change management roles is advantageous.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and high service orientation.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team player and advisor to co-workers / stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a matrix environment.
- Experience administering Learning Management system and HR technology platforms and leveraging system-generated data and reports for the purpose of audits and other governance / compliance requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in managing the transition, integration, and/or deployment of HRMS or payroll system preferred though not required.
- Outstanding MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with project management tools.
