**Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing training proposals, ensuring deliverables and reporting for a portfolio of luxury good and fashion brands. You will need to be meticulous and instrumental, lead and work closely with local colleagues and regional training team on all training and training related projects to ensure that all Client requirements, deadlines, and schedules are well-executed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a portfolio of business with luxury fashion and beauty brands
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identify potential clients and establish and foster relationships with key contacts.
- Create, develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet client requirements and deadlines; executed through the ability to assess their business needs, pain points through needs analysis to identify training opportunities.
- Lead and manage all phases of training projects: Diagnose & scope training needs, develop engaging & winning presentations to clients and key decision-makers, demonstrating an understanding of the client's business needs and the benefits of the proposed training.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet evolving business needs.
- Collect client feedback and address feedback constructively.
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with trends and best practices in the fashion and beauty industry.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures & industrial best practices; including those related to safety and compliance and in accordance to local laws and regulatory.

**Key Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in training, preferably in the retail beauty/fashion industry.
- Good retail management and operations knowledge.
- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good leadership and is great team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
