We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to be part to our company. This individual will support the operation, contribute, and grow together with the company. We have two openings as a **Customer Service Coordinator**and **Customer Service Coordinator - CFS Warehouse.**

**Key Responsibilities FOR Customer Service Coordinator**:

- Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

**Key Responsibilities FOR Customer Service Coordinator**_**:

- CFS Warehouse**_
- Answer and direct phone calls from customers.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with minimum 1-year relevant office working experience or at least Diploma in any field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.
- Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.

**Working Hour : 5-days (Mon-Fri 0830hrs - 1800hrs)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:
