The roles sits within the Formulation Team (HNC APAC BU) and will be responsible for coordinating premix end-to-end process. In particular, the premix project manager is responsible for leading Technical Transfer Process, ensuring successful transfer of new and revised premix formulations (solutions) from the development stage to a first commercial (larger volume) production.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Implement efficient and compliant process for all premix formulation implementations, ensuring successful revision of active (already commercial) premixes as well as new developments moving to a first commercial (larger volume) production
- In particular, regionalize Technical Transfer Process (as described in global SOP) to ensure efficient and seamless collaboration across all functions (Formulation, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Production, Commercial, Sales)
- Provide project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project. Manage and promote effective teamwork by engaging key stakeholders
- Develop and lead the scheduling, planning, control, and effective coordination of all the parallel activities related to each project and maintain project schedule within timelines
- Maintain oversight of existing formulation requests and provide early intervention to resolve potential bottleneck/resource limitations
- Responsible for formulation activities (design and create premix formulations, provide technical support and troubleshoot formulations when required) for assigned segments/customer accounts

**You bring**
- Bachelors’ Degree in Food engineering discipline, or comparable
- Key skills in project and portfolio management
- Ability to work to a demanding work schedule and meet specific deadlines
- Organizational and leadership skills - Team player and a Consensus builder
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving abilities
