**Management Trainee Development Program in Food & Beverage (F&B)**
- 18 months F&B Management Development Program
- Gain insights and opportunities in experiencing three different areas within the F&B Service Division
- Attachment to experienced managers to learn and gain relevant knowledge and skills

**As Rising Fan, we expect from you**:

- Pursuing a diploma or degree in hospitality management
- Passionate and eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
- Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Aspiring to grow your career internationally
- Previous work experience or internship in hospitality industry will be an advantage
