Inside Sales Executive

Role Summary:
- Playing a fundamental role in achieving company revenue growth objectives
- Responsible to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Description / Job Scope:
- Ownership of allocated Inside Sales work by customer account.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Generating of quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer required specifications, drawings and any related documentations are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
- Manage all delivery and pricing against customer customer purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipment.
- Work with outdoor sales to achieve objectives.
- Generate M3 report for data accuracy.
- Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers.
- Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
- Collate purchase orders to suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery by suppliers.
- Handle customer returns and issues from suppliers.
- Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers.
- Following up customer overdue payment.
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of Inside Sales dept.
- Any tasks that may assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge of ERP system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
- Read, write and speak English, be conversant in Chinese or other languagess.
- 3 years of experience
- MS Office Software (Word, Excel) Meticulous, organized, good customer service & negotation skills
- Work Environment and Demands Office environment with some exposure to the manufacturing environment.
- Fast paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant changes.
- Working Location: Tuas South
- Working day: 5 days from Mon to Fri
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm (45 mins break)
