**Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Training Supervisor (Based in Singapore)**
- Responsible for all recruitment related policy, guideline or process design/update and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build diversified channels and strong external vendor pool to fulfill needs of the indirect and direct demand.
- Coordinate with department training requirements to build annual training plan.
- Training plan implementation and be able to deliver courses as an internal trainer.
- Responsible for the skills development of employees, according to career promotion channels, make skills development plans, implement training, and training quality evaluation;

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor degree, majored in HR management or related area.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in HR recruiting and training function.
- Sufficient fluency in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
- Experience in photovoltaic, energy storage and manufacturing industries is a plus
