**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying new global agency accounts and managing accounts with existing global agency partners.
- Preparing and reviewing contract documentation to ensure that SIA's commercial interests are protected.
- Analysing performance potential, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts with prospective agency accounts to achieve a win-win commercial arrangement.
- Ensuring productivity of existing global agency partners and pursuing grow of their business with SIA.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with global agency counterparts so that any operational issues arising can be promptly and amicably addressed.
- Conducting regular performance review meetings with global agency partners.
- Providing advice to agency sales teams at stations on the structure of agency incentive schemes.
- Sharing best practices / success stories across the network.
- Support sales recovery efforts.

**Required Skills**:

- Possess a good university degree in a related field and have good business acumen.
- Able to manage projects and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to the changing environment and difficult situations.
- Able to anticipate and respond to (internal/external) customers' needs and be driven to deliver high-quality results.
