Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Responsibilities**
- Create, guide the execution of and monitor effective territory and account plans for the specified region/customer base to deliver sales objectives, considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, the company's unique product capabilities, and value proposition
- Lead and coach a team of account executives to meet and exceed sales goals as a team, leveraging on marketing operations, field marketing and partnerships
- Drive customer success by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ business and industry challenges, market competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations and provide custom demonstrations of solutions to prospects
- Lead contract negotiation processes and help uphold the company's standards
- Work with marketing operations to provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast, evaluate sales activities for opportunities and areas of improvement
**You have/are.**
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales in the financial services sector; Preferably with proven track record of at least USD$3M sales revenue over the last one year
- 5 years' experience in coaching and rallying account executives, being responsible for team targets
- Demonstrated effective communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead a multi-regional and dynamic team
- A charismatic go-getter, with a positive and resilient disposition and the ambition to overachieve
- Strong written and oral communication in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
