If you’re passionate about helping clients and building relationships, we want you on our team We're looking for a **Junior Client Services Executive** to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level support to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Manage and track client requests to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
- Help in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum local diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,400.00 per month
