"At NetApp, we fully embrace and advance a diverse, inclusive global workforce with a culture of belonging that leverages the backgrounds and perspectives of all employees, customers, partners, and communities to foster a higher performing organization." -George Kurian, CEO **Job summary**: **Job responsibilities**: - Lead and manage a team of AI Sales Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. - Identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from NetApp AI solutions, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships. - Act as a trusted advisor in the AI space, offering expert guidance and recommendations to customers. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned market segments or regions. - Cultivate and nurture business partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, technology partners, and ISVs (Independent Software Vendors). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, as well as on-prem and cloud AI deployments. **Job requirements**: - Previous experience and established relationships with NVIDIA and AI ISVs is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. - Previous experience and strong working relationships with resell partners - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and enhance the skills of team members. - Proven track record in enterprise sales lifecycle and quota management, preferably in the HPC/AI industry. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. - Demonstrated technical knowledge and expertise in promoting AI stack and solutions. - Familiarity with on-prem and cloud AI deployments, including the associated challenges and opportunities.
