Questex Asia is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team

This position is based out of Singapore and can be hybrid.

**As our Marketing Manager, you’ll support Questex success by**:

- Day-to-day marketing efforts of the portfolio of events
- Execute year-round marketing plans that unify events and content promotion, with support of the Vice President / Marketing Director
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that drive event revenue through sponsorship marketing and attendee registrations.
- Manage the copywriting, targeting, creation, execution and nurture flows of all promotional campaigns to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Manage social media presence via paid and organic outreach across full portfolio of social accounts.
- Create marketing creative assets through the workflow and approval process.
- Meet constant deadlines for events.
- Interact with external vendors and internal clients to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Liaise with strategic associations, media partners and supporters to promote events, attendee acquisition, and content year-round.
- Maintain a monthly competitive tracking report on related events as assigned by Vice President / Marketing Director
- Maintain website updates such as sponsor logo fulfillment, messaging, images, etc.

**Your Experience & Education Include**:

- Must be intellectually curious and passionate about our audiences and their needs for information
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, or 3 years of event marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Marketing automation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML/Dreamweaver a plus.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, and possess a high degree of organizational and detail and most importantly, a positive attitude
