Marketing Manager, South Asia

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to provide strategic direction to the franchisee’s marketing team to build a sustainable plan (including marketing calendar) that drives sales overnight and brand over time (SOBO), leveraging on opportunities specific to each market across all channels, online and offline.
- Bring to life our Global Brand Purpose, assist franchisees to localize global brand positioning in franchisee markets with traditional & digital communication tools & platforms, including paid, earned, shared, owned media, and execute marketing strategies in product/menu, pricing/value, CRM/loyalty, innovation, etc, in alignment to the localized positioning.
- Collaborate with global/regional/market teams to drive Younger & More Everyday, and Digital First marketing initiatives and campaigns in franchisee markets.
- Work with Operations and Food Innovation Teams to enable effective execution of marketing and sales programs.
- Support franchisee’s marketing & digital teams with best practices and know-how sharing from other markets/regions, encourage disruptive marketing ideas, raise standard of marketing & digital executions
- Leverage on Global Joint Business Plan (JBP) with various digital platforms (eg. Google, Meta) and Media know-how & best practices from global team to provide guidance to all South Asia franchisee’s marketing/digital teams to optimize and increase effectiveness & efficiencies of investment on performance marketing
- Leverage insights from research and tracking studies by Collider Lab, YouGov and franchisee’s local research agencies to help/advise franchisee’s marketing/digital teams develop big ideas and impactful strategies.
- Lead the agenda of global brand collaboration partnerships in South Asia, including gaming, to support franchisees in adapting & executing the collaborations in their markets to the best benefits of Pizza Hut brand and business.
- Work closely with Food Aggregators and Local Markets on JBP’s and take ownership of this channel with support from internal resources.
**Requirements**:
- Know how to balance work-life, happy to travel and has the ability to laugh
- Strong consumer-facing background, have had experience of working in or with regional roles, potentially in a matrix organization, and of building relationships and influencing across functional lines, as well as the ability to influence, guide and motivate without direct control.
- Relevant degree in marketing/business/commerce/digital, with 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing/Digital, preferably in QSR industry
- Strong in project management and presentation, communication skills
- Good experience in strategic planning, digital (e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM/loyalty), with good track record of brand building and achievement in sales/transactions.
