Cards and Wallet Specialist, Digital Finance

**About the job**:
Our Client is seeking for a Cards and Wallet Specialist of Digital Finance, to be responsible for overseeing the overall development, go-to-market strategy, and implementation of business plans in relation to the cards. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company’s wallet and card offering. This position requires strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of the cards and digital asset industry.
**Responsibilities
**1) Strategic Planning and Product Development Develop product and go-to-market strategy for the company’s cards and wallet offering. **Execute the strategy, drive user and transaction growth to meet the company’s revenue objectives. Based on changes in the card issuing strategy, develop and follow up on the content of each stage of the card-issuing process. Partner with channels to deliver both virtual and physical cards. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
**2) Operational Efficiency. **Build operation for the card business including issuance of cards and support the card sand wallet business. Setup customer support, publish FAQ to address customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
**3) Business Performance Review. **Monitor and assess the success of cards and wallet offerings. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimise performance, such as pricing strategies, loyalty programmes, customer retention and customer support. Deliver periodic and real time report on card issued, spending and trends.
**4) Compliance and Risk Management. **Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to the stablecoin and cards business. Mitigate risks associated with fraud, data breaches, and operational vulnerabilities by implementing robust security measures and staying abreast of emerging threats.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of card issuance process, programme management, monetisation and risk management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing card product and services, with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Some understanding of wallet, digital assets and stablecoins preferred.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of card industry trends, regulatory requirements, and payment technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
- Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients.
