**About the job**:
Our Client is seeking for a Operations Manager for Digital Finance, to play an important role in overseeing and optimising the operational activities related the company’s cards and wallet business. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across these critical areas. This position requires a strong operational acumen, and the ability to manage multiple processes effectively.

**Responsibilities
**1) Operational Support and Efficiency.**
Streamline and optimise operational processes for the company’s cards and wallet business. Provide
operational support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Build an operations and client support team to handle customer onboarding and respond to customer enquiries and issues. Resolve operational issues, address inquiries, and provide guidance on process-related matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Create SOPs, policies and procedures to guide the team operations.

**2) Vendor and Partner Management.**
Collaborate with vendors, service providers and partners to manage operational relationships effectively. Monitor performance, review contract terms and oversee collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.

**3) Compliance and Risk Management.**
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing our cards and wallet
business. Implement robust risk management frameworks and controls to mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks.

**4) Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring.**
Perform quality assessment on products and ensure that each use case is tested and functioning well. Develop and monitor the performance of operations. Generate reports and analysis, identify opportunities for automation, standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

**5) Project Management.**
Lead operational projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
technology teams, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

**6) Team Leadership.**
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of operations professionals. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture, set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching and mentorship, and support

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in leading operational processes, driving efficiency, and implementing quality control measures, with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in building and growing of onboarding operation and customer support team.
- Possess knowledge in one or more of the businesses - cards, wallets and digital assets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and operational integrity.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients.
