**Job purpose**:
To work with the Marketing team and Student Recruitment team in marketing efforts (both offline and digital), and event management efforts. To assist in marketing campaigns and competition efforts with the Assistant Marketing Manager. To assist in event and activation planning and execution efforts with the marketing team. To assist both teams in generating quality leads between relevant organizations.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Assist in planning and coordination of the creation of posting content, publications, online marketing, write up for events for all social media and marketing channels pertaining to Raffles College of Higher Education.
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist in coordinate campaigns, events, competitions for the purpose of marketing of Raffles Singapore
- Assist in external communication with schools in organizing external events to initiate physical lead generation
- Coordinate Lead Generation Efforts with marketing team and Student Recruitment team

**Events Management**:

- Assist in coordination and planning for events (Open House, External Exhibitions, Activations) with Raffles Singapore Marketing team and Student Recruitment team
- Coordinate efforts on event organization and management with Raffles Singapore Marketing team and Student Recruitment team.
- Assist in Event coordination
- Work with Assistant Marketing Manager in being liaisons for marketing events and activation for Raffles Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and understanding of Digital Media Production and know-hows on Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Lightroom, etc.) will be a plus.
- Good communication skills
