**ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR | INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION**

Our client is a respected not-for-profit International Organisation where their work impacts economic socio-development of its members.. To support its expanding functions, the organisation is seeking an experienced **Administrative Coordinator**to be based here in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support, including managing correspondence, formatting reports and presentations, and maintaining shared documentation systems.
- Coordinate procurement-related processes, such as preparing documentation, liaising with vendors and service providers, managing requisitions, contract renewals, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the teams in planning overseas business missions, including travel logistics, meeting coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization of events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, handling scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and venue or virtual setup.
- Manage meeting arrangements, including scheduling, participant coordination, material circulation, and minute-taking; maintain accurate contact lists and records.
- Contribute to process improvements and other administrative initiatives as assigned by team leaders.
- Holds at least a Polytechnic Diploma or NITEC qualification, with 5 or more years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience working in a multilateral organisation, international institution, or government agency would be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of improving administrative efficiency and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with workflow systems; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or related tools is an asset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
