**Liquidity Management**
- Ensure liquidity across APAC by actively managing cashflow
- Cash management across APAC, driving efficiency and optimizing opportunities
- Liaise with the group Treasurer to ensure that counterparty limits are respected
- Minimize borrowings and optimize returns
- Intercompany payment process, and timeliness
- Lead and follow-through the end-to-end APAC annual dividends repatriation process
- Support the Finance Director and Group Treasurer in investments decisions with respect to group investments and policies
- Review and manage regional FX exposure. Identify assets corridors to minimize FX loss
- Analyze and monitor regional Working capital and KPIs (DSO, DPO, DIOH)

**Governance, Security and Systems Management**
- System administrator of APAC region e-banking, and ensure compliance to bank mandates
- Ensure that bank signatories are updated, per group policies and supported by board resolutions
- Drive efficient bank charges in accordance with contracts and negotiate for better rates
- Digitalize payment processes to drive efficiencies, and compliance
- Develop policies to improve internal controls, and build a strong corporate governance culture

**Banking Relationship Management**
- Point of contact of regional banks, and ensure a strong business partnership across APAC

**Cash reports**
- Operationally hands-on, and not limited to end-to-end Treasury accounting transactions, and account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation and ensure internal controls are met
- Responsible for all cash, working capital and cashflow forecast of Clarins Pte Ltd, and review the rest of APAC
- HFM financial reporting in a timely manner, with strong collaboration with stakeholders
- APAC Treasury review, analysis, consolidation, and presentations

**Projects and initiatives**
- Implement a regional multi-currency cash-pool, handle all KYC and manage the on-going processes
- Implement the group treasury management system in close collaboration with Group Treasurer
- Implement processes and solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness across APAC
- Assist the Finance Director in capital structures analysis and projects
- Lead or assist the Finance Director and Group Treasurer on other initiatives

**People Management**
- Support, coach and develop teams in APAC
- Build Treasury capabilities across APAC
- Develop the Treasury talent pipeline in the APAC Regional team
- Strong communicator with internal and external partners
- Provide strong support to the Finance Director in various initiatives
