**Customer Service Executive (Order Management)**:
We are partnering with a leading organisation in the trading and distribution industry to hire a **Customer Service Executive**who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting smooth order fulfilment processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution.
- Handle end-to-end **sales order management**, including stock allocation and delivery arrangements.
- Build and maintain close communication with customers through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
- Support **problem-solving initiatives**and provide value-added service to customers.
- Extract and compile data for monthly reporting and analysis.
- Recommend and promote new products to existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma**in any field.
- **2-3 years of experience**in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, simple formulas).
- Experience with **SAP**is an advantage.
- Able to start work on **short notice**will be an added advantage.
