**Responsibilities**

**Direct Work**:
To conduct and handle triages and enquiries from clients, public, and stakeholders

To support social workers and counselors in handling the cases

To support social workers and counselors in critical incidents

To conduct and support group work required

To be able to liaise directly with partners and stakeholders when required

**Administrative**:
To be involved in setting up proper and organized documentation processes within the department

To support department in the administrative tasks and documentations required

To support in maintenance of operations and functioning of the service

To handle report submission when deemed suitable by HOC

**Others**:
To handle and support ad-hoc tasks and projects by the agency when required

To support and execute programme evaluations when necessary

**Job Requirements**:
Possess interest in a career in social service sector

To have some level of understanding and experience in social service sector

A team player

Able to multi-task and work independently

Proficient in written and oral communication, especially English

Fast learner

Possessing good Interpersonal skills

Good self-awareness of self and others

Possess good communication skills

Possess patience and able to demonstrate listening skills

**Salary**: $2,410.00 - $3,860.00 per month

Schedule:
