Castlery is looking for a **Commercial Manager - Growth** to join our **Commercial **Team
- The Commercial team is focused on the company's overall strategic direction and working across the entire business on planning and key initiatives. We support this with insightful perspectives on external market trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth. In this role, you will focus on driving growth in Singapore - developing a world class retail experience and unlocking new growth opportunities. _

**What you'll be doing**
- Work with our top team to shape our company's direction in Singapore
- Identify, build and execute on new business and special projects that unlock new growth
- Partner across all functional teams in Singapore to drive growth
- Analyse market, financial and consumer trends as a framework for better decision-making
- Assess and challenge our performance and processes with constructive ideas
- Grow, attract and retain talent

**What you'll need**
- 7+ years in growth or strategy role in retail or consumer at leading tech, MNCs, consulting or investments
- Hunger and track record for retail business development and growth
- Strategic thinker that can see the big picture and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves
- Independent problem solver, effective communicator, trust builder
- Team player comfortable working across teams to drive change
- Familiarity with our key markets (Singapore, United States, Australia) will be a plus
