**Purpose & Scope**

This role is pivotal indeveloping Digital Roadmap and implementing HR initiative projects to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**1.** **HR Digitalisation Champion**
- a. Develop and execute HR Digital transformation roadmap that aligns with business goals and accelerates the growth.
- b. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that enhance HR operations.
- d. Collaborate with Digital, internal and external key stakeholders, to ensure HR systems integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
- e. Stay ahead of global digital trends and regulatory considerations impacting HR Tech landscape.
- f. Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of digital HR initiatives.
**2.** **Project Manager**
- a. Possess an extensive experience in leading large-scale system implementation projects using appropriate PM methodologies.
- b. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.
- c. Manage resources, risks, and budgets for HR system-related projects.
- d. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations or updates**.**
- e. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet their needs and expectations.
**3.** **Mentor**
- a. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to specialists and junior team members, ensuring they meet performance goals.
- b. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment within the HR community.
- c. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
**4.** **Data Protection Officer and Audit Stewardship**
- a. Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable data protection laws related to employee and HR data.
- b. Provide guidance to HR teams on privacy issues related to end-to-end employe lifecycle processes.
- c. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential data protection risks.
- e. Ensure data encryption, secure backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans are in place for HR-related systems and data.
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certificates (e.g., PMP, Agile Certification) are preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital transformation or a related role with at least 5 years in a team lead role or people manager.
**Technical Skills**
- Experience with system integrations (API, SFTP, etc.) between HR systems and other enterprise software
- Familiarity with AI enabled HR solutions, RPA & data analytics
- Proven track record of managing complex cross functional digital projects
- Experience in managing data security and privacy controls within HR systems
