**About the job**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team from September 2025 to April 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time role, we’ll work with you to create a schedule for a fulfilling internship here at Synpulse.
**Responsibilities**
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Participate in organising employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
**About you**:
- Currently an undergraduate studying in Singapore in a relevant field of study
- Recent graduates in a relevant field of study are also welcome to apply
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
